People ask us, how do I complete the MCB Adventure Race, I’m not really that fit? The answer soldier is to start with attitude and positive support. You tell yourself this is going to be a fun adventure. It’s not Kilimanjaro, its Blue Mountain. Check out our Base Command map, and imagine yourself going through the course, smiling, sweating and thinking: what a great contribution I am making to my own health and fitness.
Now when it comes to positive support, you know these people already. You call them best friends. These guys will get you through anything, because they already have. Call it your “girls weekend”, “boys trip”, or a “family reunion”. No matter what you call it, you’ll have their support. Don’t forget, you also have a whole Nation of people routing for you! The Met Con Blue Nation! So round up all these “turkeys” and let everyone know you are not “chickens”!! Blue – Ra !!
