As we speak, the initial Met Con Blue Training Videos have hit the edit room floor. They will obviously start at the basics, and work up in skill level as the day approaches for the most insane mountain adventure race on the planet. They will be great motivational tools, that we may all refer back to the in blog at any time. Along with training, there needs to be discussion about diet.  They in fact go hand in hand, without proper diet…

your body cannot train as hard, or recover as fast. And we all want to go fast! First thing we need to address is the lack of fruit and vegetable intake. This is vital for all our daily functions, but especially while training. The issue here is some might say vegetables taste “weird”, or they have “no taste!” Here is a great tasting recipe to get it all in one shot. In the blender..spinach, apples, bananas, oranges, honey, flax seed, and protein powder if you wish. Great tasting, super nutritional, and fun to make! Blog in your own favorite recipes.
