MCB Training Continues

Well recruits, if you managed to stave off the bread and potato’s over Thanksgiving, you have done well! This is your first step as we all continue to train for the most insane obstacle adventure race race on the planet! Exciting news and events continue to pour out our camp like Grandmas gravy…

While the colors change and the cold begins to settle in, we ask recruits to look for the events that are still rounding off our outdoor season in the great white north. Trek or Treat is going on this weekend in Oakville Ontario. This spooky run is fun for the whole family, and if you miss the event in Oakville, it will be coming to Collingwood on Saturday October 20th.
Or come and support the Base Borden Run/Operation Hero, in Angus, Ontario, Sunday October 21. Proceeds of this 5/10/1/2 marathon provide scholarships to support Canadian military families. The Met Con Blue tent will be onsite with free Gatorade Prime fueling our competitors.
As we begin to move indoors for training, Met Con Blue will begin a series of interviews spotlighting our local fitness facilities and training programs and highlighting what each has to offer. We like nothing more than to have local athletes on top of the Met Con podium.
Stay tuned as the details and maps begin to appear on our pages regarding our June 15th Met Con Blue 5km, and the unforgiving 10km Full Metal Jacket.
Can you handle it?

Bring it…and leave it all on the mountain!!! BLUE – RA !!
