Cold Weather Training

Typical winter training in our part of North America means bundling up and getting outdoors. We have toughened our skins to ski, skate, snowshoe, toboggan, and yes even jog through the winter months. But this winter has shown us some of the most extreme cold temperatures in decades. Now what?

Well if you want to keep your fitness on, you need to take it indoors. There are many effective indoor programs/facilities, such as your local fitness clubs and indoor pools. Or try something new like CrossFit or Hot Yoga. No matter what, you need to keep moving, sweat, and build some strength. And the great news with this cold weather?
