Their team captain, Karen Cubitt won the Early Bird catches the GoPro contest, and along with the GoPro they had the opportunity to have guys running with their team to film all their skills, as they conquered the most insane 5km mountain adventure race on the planet!

Reminding all recruits. Hill training begins tomorrow 17:30 hrs (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at The Orchard Parking Lot. Michele (Can Fit Pro NWS PTS Cert.), will get that booty bouncing, and those pecs percolating. (not much rhymes with pecs?)  She promises to get you off of the frisbee (anything processed) and looking like a 60 mil (lean mean precision machine). She wants you to be the best you can be, and she wants all her trainees to kick butt come September 8th, 2012, for Met Con Blue Part Deux. We’ve been asked a number of times what Met Con Blue means or stands for….  

Its now time for the MCB nation to decide: Pick the obstacle that you wish to see in our September 8th, 2012, Met Con Blue Mountain Adventure Race. As you click the like button on our MCB Facebook page, also enter your idea of a cool name for the obstacle.  MCB will randomly draw the name from the entries submitted from the obstacle with the most votes, and the winning name will pay homage to the person who submitted the obstacle name on our course sign.  Super Cool!
