Met Con Nation, this week, the authority on travel; Canadian Geographic Travel Club, published a great insight into all that is Met Con. The story and photos capture the essence of the event to a Tee-O. The story (click near here) is titled “Met Con Blue, Sir!”, and with salutations like this, it gets us over here at base camp fired up like Romeo Dallaire coming out of retirement on 2 days binge of Rockstar Energy…but we digress..

BLUE – RA WANTS YOU! Met Con Nation, the MCB on-hill training at Blue Mountain Resorts has begun! The warm weather has finally broke the frost on our extended winter at Blue Mountain Resorts. Bluefoot has even been spotted during training trying to gain course intel. Hibernation does not do him justice,  (some spa services would’nt hurt).

Training is happening every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 5:45, meeting at the South Base Parking Lot by the portable. We have amazingly talented and good looking trainers to get you motivated and prepared for the Race. There are 10 people already signed up for this Thursday, so come on out and use this opportunity to gain strength, endurance, and most of all…technical insight into the most insane obstacle adventure race on the planet.
