Great night for the Met Con Blue Nation as we were able to share some of the spotlight with the insatiable Trish Stratus, during her Red Carpet movie premiere for Bounty Hunters. Our very own Bluefoot took best supporting beast as he was polite, well mannered, and carried enough swagger to catch the eyes of the paparazzi, and the ladies, (drooling on Andrea James Lui). Special shouts to the gang at Stratusphere for the Met Con Blue integration.

At Met Con Blue, we always encourage all forms of activity and exercise. Often overlooked, dancing is one the best ways to stay active. One may claim “one rep max” on any number of exercises. Deadlift, squat clean, bench press, the list goes on! This term is actually tossed around so much, they should name a salad after it…or even a Gumbo, cause most of it is just gum service.
